In this workshop we will approach the jivamukti yoga specialities: from the very transformative sun salutations to the bird of paradise. Standing Balances, Hips and twists.

We will personalise the practice of each partecipant! In this workshop we will try to reach the major heart opening and front body opening. Body openness and mental openness and joy.
