In these 3 hour workshops I will introduce you to the magical force of yoga that can truly effect and change your lives and let you awaken to the energy of spring.

All workshops from the very beginning to the end will follow the chakra system,
to let you experience the complete transformation.

Schedule:

I. Saturday 05.03

09:00-12:00 - Spring Wake Up

Practices for liberating body & soul.
In this workshop we will explore the true purpose of yoga and reconnect with ourselves. Kriyas (purifying) & Pranayama (breath control) will be integrated into the hot, hip and holy asana practice.

II. Saturday 05.03

15:00 - 18:00 - Chakra Tuning: become the pure beauty.

Energy centers awakening.
Spiritual talk or Satsang after the workshop.

III. Sunday 06.03

09:00 - 12:00 - Love, Hearts and Backbends

Body & mental openness In this workshop we will reach the major heart opening and front body opening.

Prices:

Limited spaces per workshop. Language - Italian, English (according to the situation and to the practitioners). All levels.


The most beautiful hotel rooms in Venice in Ca'Sagredo are available to the workshop participants for a very special yogic price: 150€ ( double room or if you are lucky enough even a suite).
