(maybe the last one before the temporary hotel closing for renovation).
During these 2 days I will introduce you to the magical force of yoga and love that can truly effect and change your lives: as most participants are saying they started their transformation journey right after the workshop. You will not recognize your body after and you’ll be glowing!

Saturday, 20 Nov:
SECRETS OF YOGA.
09:00-12:00 PURIFY
In this workshop we will explore the true purpose of yoga and reconnect with ourselves.
Kriyas (purifying) & Pranayama (breath control) will be integrated into the asana practice.
14:00-16:00 GROUND
Finding a healthy balance between flexibility & strength, between openness and stability. From joy all the beings have come & to joy we will all return! FOCUS: standing, balancing. Spiritual Talk.
16:00-18:00 FIND JOY
This final part might be done with a DJ SET & connection to the Hogh Vibe of the Music.

SECRETS OF LOVE.
09-12.00- AWAKEN
In this workshop we will reach the major transformation through chanting and asana and what it means to connect, reflect, understand and ultimate love. FOCUS: backbending, inverted postures.
Limited spaces per workshop. Language - English. All levels.
(maybe the last one before the temporary hotel closing for renovation).
