1. 09:00-12:30, BODY SECRETS GAME
2. Explore the true purpose of yoga and reconnect with yourself. Kriyas (purification) and pranayama (breath control) are woven into the asana practice.
3. 14:00-17:30, HIGH VIBE GAME & DJ SET
4. Find a healthy balance between flexibility and strength, openness and stability. From joy all beings have come, and to joy we will all return! Focus: balancing and backbends. We close with a DJ set and a connection to the high vibe of the music.

Sun Nov 22: SECRETS OF LOVE
08:30-12:00, AWAKENING GAME
Reach deep transformation through chanting and asana, and discover what it means to connect, reflect, understand and love ultimately. Focus: backbends and inversions.
Limited spaces per workshop. Language: English. All levels.
