Saturday, 25 July:
Grounding and Fire Awakening.
Presence and Connection to the body.
Standing, Sun Salutes, Balancing, Twists, Backbends!
LET THE ENERGY FLOW!

9:00 - 12:00 - Purification, Sun Salutations Plays
12:00 - 14:00 - Lunch ( on your own)
14:00 - 16:00 - Grounding, Balancing Games
16:00 - 18:00 - Heart Opening Plays

Wake up Call for the Heart and Soul!
Backbends, Chakra Tuning, with live Piano by Edoardo Gastaldi
9:00 - 12:00 - Chakra Tuning Games.
15:00 - Optional Surprise Programm: Just Trust the process!
Afternoon on the Beach at Lido di Venezia,
Spiritual Talk on the Beach.
Or SATSANG on Zattere (Venice) Walks and Talks
