Yoga Heritage Weekend in Venice on March 7-8!

Let’s call it YOGALOVE GAMES in the Venetian Palazzo Ca’Sagredo (the monument recognized as Unesco Heritage).

The rules are simple:

• No competition, but union

Wake up Call for the Body!
Standing, Balancing, Twists, Backbends!
LET THE ENERGY FLOW!

9:00 - 12:00 - Purification, Sun Salutations Plays
12:00 -14:00 - You are what you eat
14:00 - 16:00 - Grounding, Balancing Games
16:00 - 18:00 - Heart Opening

Saturday, 8 March:
Wake up Call for the Soul!
Chakra Tuning, eventually with live Cello!
LET’s RISE AND SHINE TOGETHER!

14:00 - Optional Surprise Program: Just Trust the process!
