Join me on the transformational 3 days jivamukti yoga style retreat in the Boutique Hotel Villa Galimberti only 20 km away from Milan. The villa is an excellent example of Italian sophistication with the huge park and 6 double rooms available for our partecipants!
This 3 days retreat is designed to purify and awake the body, senses, mind & intellect. You’ll not recognize your body after!

RETREAT DURATION: 3 days & 3 nights!
FOODS:
We have a vegan cook and a massage girl from Marselle, France!
You’ll love her! She was collaborating with Yogalove already during the last retreat!
She’ll be preparing 8 meals for us, starting on Friday evening till Monday morning. Vegan yet delicious!
ROOMS:
6 Huge double rooms are to SHARE. Each room has it’s own bath and toilet. Only one room will need to use the bathroom downstairs. As villa is huge, there is enough space for everything!
HOW TO ARRIVE:
Check Villa Galimberti Osnago. There are 2-3 airports neaby!
If from Milan: Train from Milan Train station Porta Garbaldi goes directly to the villa in 30 mins ( or shared taxi upon arrival to Milan).
* There usually are changes of the preliminary schedule as we adopt to the local conditions to blend in as much as possible.

TIMETABLE:
- ARRIVAL: Friday October 17. Getting together, Introduction, intense purifying & warming up practice approximately 3h. Check in in villa is 14:00. Yoga Start is 15:00.
- Saturday Oct 18. Improving your practice: during the asana Lab we gonna take a closer look at all postures! Standing, forward bending, backward bending & sun salutes. 2,5 hours in the morning and 2,5-3 hours in the evening. Women’s Circle & Talks in the evening!
- Sunday Oct 19. Putting it all together, intense backbending and inverted postures, 2,5 hours in the morning, 2,5-3 hours in the evening. Talks and Meditation at the End!
- DEPARTURE: Monday Oct 20, the morning of reflection after such an intensive retreat. You can optionally depart also on Sunday evening Oct 19th
