Join me on the Shine Bright & High on Yoga 3 days retreat in the boutique Hotel Villa Galimberti only 20 km away from Milan. The villa is an excellent example of Italian sophistication & heritage vibe with the huge park and only 5 double rooms available for our participants!
This 3 days retreat is designed to wake up the body, senses, mind & intellect.

She already was giving her amazing massages in Venice during our 2 days retreat.
Beneterath’s massage is a neuro-aesthetic experience that stimulates collagen, boosts circulation, and drains toxins for a radiant face and a sculpted, toned body.
She will cook for us on Sat march 3th and maybe march 4th. Prices coming soon!

This 3 days retreat is designed to wake up the body, senses, mind & intellect.
- On the first day, Friday May 2 is an arrival day. To expect is an introduction and an intense purifying & warming up practice: Twists, Hips Opening and Bahndas work approx 3h.
- The second day, May 3, will help you to improve your practice: during the asana Lab we gonna take a closer look at all postures! Standing, forward bending, backward bending & sun salutes. 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening practice. Women’s Circle.
- The third day is, May 4, is putting it all together, intense back-bending and inverted postures, approx 3 hours.
