Yoga practices are magical practices. In this 3,5 hour workshops I will introduce you to the transformative force that can truly effect and change your lives.

All workshop from the beginning to the end follow the chakra (energy centres) system.

Schedule:

I. Saturday 27.11

10:00-13:30 - Grace, Beauty and Balance

In this workshop we will approach the jivamukti yoga specialities: from the bird of paradise to the flying pigeon. We will explore gracefully the beauty of being in balance. Expect the juicy hip openers, balances, and twists.

Spiritual talk or satsang after.

II. Sunday 28.11

9:00 - 12:30 - Love, Hearts, and Backbends

In this workshop, we will try to reach the major heart opening and front body opening. Body openness and mental openness and joy. Use of props. Be ready to become the happiest version of yourself.
